Russ received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN then went on to receive his masters degree from Bethel Theological Seminary. He has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1991, and was elected Conference Superintendent in 2013. Russ's passions in ministry are rightly dividing the Word of God, developing leaders, and reaching the lost. He is married to Ann, his gifted partner in raising 11 active children.
